Workshop "Patents in Motion – Global IP Strategy for Dynamic Markets "

This workshop will examine how patent strategy must adapt to a world shaped by rapid technological change, evolving markets and rising investor expectations. We will discuss key questions such as where to file, what level of supporting data is needed in different fields (such as therapeutics versus medical devices), how to approach AI inventions and how to build a patent portfolio that not only protects innovation but also strengthens a company’s investment story.
